Operating a successful website has a lot of moving pieces – and it doesn’t end once your design is finished.
You need a plan for keeping content fresh, storing backups of your site, and making sure security is tight enough to avoid being hacked, having spam and your site crashing.
Partnering with us for website care means you won’t have to worry about costs of multiple plugin licences, taking backups, updating plugins, technical issues, and keeping up to date with security best practices.
The Process

Getting started
After booking your website or branding project, you’ll fill out a questionnaire that will help me understand your business, goals, and audience in more depth than what we covered on our discovery call together.

Design & Build
After I receive your website copy or branding questionnaire from you, we’ll collaborate on the initial design of your site or brand and logo.
For website projects I’ll build out homepage layout and colour palette options and send them over for your to review. (If you already have a colour palette then we’ll use that!)
For branding projects I will produce concepts for your review.

Launch & Grow!
It’s launch time! All elements combined – your brand, website, or online shop are ready to bloom! The Palm Collective remains available for technical support and questions, and we also offer care and maintenance plans to ensure your website is always up to date.

Web Design
+ 4 weeks
Depending on the needs of your website, and the package (+any addons like ecommerce) times can vary up to 10 weeks
Logo and Branding
+ 2 weeks
This is mostly affected by client feedback time between drafts/changes. The faster your feedback, the faster the turnaround time.
If you are interested in working with me, please fill out the form on the client application page.
I will reach out to schedule a consultation call during which we will discuss your project.
Then I will send a customised proposal containing a timeline, cost, payment plans, and package details. From there, once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, I will send you your design / content homework for you to complete.
Once I have everything I need from you, I get the magic started on your web design or branding project!
Please note: We only book a limited number of clients at a time in order to give the attention to each project that it deserves. Due to this, we book projects at least 1-3 months in advance.
For web design and branding, payment terms are 50% up front before work is commenced, with the remainder of the balance to be paid before your website goes live / design assets are handed over.
I can offer payment plans on a case by case basis.
We use Elementor Pro to build your website – no “theme” is used. You will get a fully customisable design for your business
We will mostly communicate via email – and am happy to set up zoom calls for things that need more in depth or real time conversation
